***SAMPLE***Fulton SWCD/Maumee River Fundraiser

Fulton Soil & Water Conservation District and Riverside Native Trees are partnering to restore a portion of the Maumee River floodplain with native trees and shrubs. We’re asking you to help sponsor this planting by purchasing several native trees or shrubs using the form below. This is a fundraiser for Fulton SWCD with a portion of each sale being used to promote our efforts to return the Maumee River to a more natural state. Please mark your calendars now for our planting date on May 1, 2015. We will be meeting in the parking lot of Maumee Park on Smith Road at 10 AM. Many hands will be needed to make this planting a success so come prepared to dig and get a little dirty. The rain date is May 8.

If you would like to order trees for your home landscape while still helping Fulton SWCD raise funds please indicate this in the first section of the order form so we can properly label your plants. The trees and shrubs offered for sale here would make a beautiful addition to a home landscape while at the same time providing important food and cover for insects and birds.
