Cultural Information:

Another willow that grows in wet to occasionally flooded soil.  Black Willow is the most common willow in Ohio and can become a massive tree to 70′ tall and 20’+ in diameter.  Can be planted in full sun or part shade and will readily adapt to most soils provide there is adequate moisture. Some direct sunlight during part of the day is best.
